Lorraine is a RECE, RC and has over 40 years of experience supporting families and children. She is a Self-Reg facilitator and has studied with Dr Stuart Shanker and Dr Susan Hopkins. Trained in Triple P, Kids Have Stress Too, Non Volent Crisis Intervention, Mental Health first aid, Theraplay, Zone of Regulation, Incredible Years. She has worked closely with therapist, and specialist during her 40 year career.

To help your child reach their potential through connection, self-regulation, play, and fun
Activites will be based on the child's strength and will include a creative activity, fine motor, gross motor and learning new concepts.

This program walks you through understanding anger, learning about the effects on your body, identifying your triggers, filling your tool box and conflict resolution.
Each session will use pictures, drawing and interaction to help your child understand their anger. They will engage in activities that will teach them problem solving skills and turn them into a superhero.
5 x 60 min sessions on zoom to clarify issues and find the solution that works best for you.
1-1 Coaching for divorced women to move them from Bitter to Better, because divorce triggers a wide variety of feelings and erodes our self-esteem. Lorraine supports women in understanding their anger and triggers by giving them the tools to move forward. Lorraine shares her experience and insight gained as she went from Bitter to Better.
